Making a positive impact with movement.
Hi, I’m Pauline!
For over two decades, I have been deeply immersed in the world of fitness, offering a range of services from strength training to aerobics and flexibility classes. In 2017, my path took a focused turn as I embarked on a journey to specialize in a profoundly meaningful area – guiding and empowering individuals navigating life with cancer. As a Cancer Exercise Trainer, I am honored to provide personalized exercise consultations, curate tailored exercise programs, and facilitate functional strength exercise classes for cancer patients, caregivers, as well as esteemed cancer centers and clinics.
My unwavering passion lies in the art of education and empowerment through movement. With dedication and empathy, I am committed to helping individuals harness the profound benefits of exercise, both physically and emotionally. Together, we collaborate to craft exercise programs that embrace your aspirations while considering the unique contours of your cancer journey.
It is my privilege to stand beside you as you discover the transformative potential of movement – a force that can uplift us not only in body, but also in mind and spirit. Let's embark on this empowering journey together.

Testimonials
“I never want to miss my movement and strength-training classes with Pauline! With two advanced cancers in remission and ongoing chemotherapy, Pauline’s expert guidance is a crucial part of my well-being. Her thorough knowledge of all aspects of maintaining a healthy strong body, from the mechanics of exercise to the physiological and mental benefits, is positively delivered with grace, humor, encouragement, and compassion. The hour flies by and I am reset for good living!”—M.S.
“Pauline has been part of my wellness team for nearly six years! During that time, I have had 7 major surgeries and at least double that number of minor surgeries and procedures. At one point, I spent a year progressing from wheelchair to walking. Through it all, Pauline has helped me stay in the best shape possible. Pauline is fantastic at encouraging me how to exercise even with limitations.
Can’t stand up – no problem, Pauline teaches all exercises from a chair, if needed
Can’t get down on the floor – no problem, Pauline had me doing exercises from my bed, lying down
Trouble with knees, wrists, shoulders, back – Pauline has modifications to help.
I have used her consultation services to determine optimal exercises as my health conditions have changed. And, she even helped me put together a travel program when I left the country.
Pauline’s twice a week exercise classes are fantastic. Her instructions are easy to understand. Her pacing makes an hour fly by. The workouts can be scaled to be super challenging if I want to push myself, or gently restorative if I am recovering. And, the best part about her classes is Pauline’s positive, joyful energy and smile. Pauline brings invigoration and ease to exercising and healing”! —M.C.
“ Pauline is great! Compassionate, fun, knowledgeable about all types of exercise, especially in those living with cancer, surgery, or chemo.” —TM
