Self-Massage Class

Relaxation and recovery can be found during this class with the use myofasical release and breathing techniques. With the use of therapy balls you will incorporate these techniques with gentle and constant massage to find trigger points, release tension, improve mobility and reduce stress.
Functional Strength Classes
Oncol Wellness virtual functional strength training classes take into consideration the 7 functional movements used daily. You’ll find a little fun in our functional classes which consist of a combination of aerobics for warm up and heart elevation, strength, mobility and flexibility for cool down.

Individualized Exercise Program

An individualized program can be developed for anyone who would like to complete their workouts in their home or gym. Your program will include a pre- and post- fitness assessment, goal setting and customized exercise program.
Personal Training Program

Together, we develop individualized exercise programs specific to your goals and abilities. You and I will take into consideration; pre-existing conditions, lifestyle, work schedule, family life, travel, treatment schedule, and possible treatment related side-effects while developing your plan. After a comprehensive exercise program is created, we meet once a week for six weeks for 45 minutes of personal training and 15 minutes of discussion. Exercise and movement can increase your energy, boost your mood, reduce stress, build strength and improve sleep.

Payment
Payment is due at the time of the consult or class by check, Venmo or Paypal. No refunds or transfers. Packages must be completed within 90 days.

If you must change an appointment please call 24 hours prior to visit or you will be billed for the appointment.
